Terms and conditions

All bookings whether from our website or via 3rd party sites (ie. Visit Scotland, Welcome to Fife) are made directly with us via the freetobook software.

The following terms apply to those bookings:

• A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking.
• The following cards are accepted: Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard, American Express.
• Cards will be automatically pre-authorised 6 days before arrival and full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.

Cancellations:

• If the booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
• If the booking is cancelled 2 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.
• In the event of a no show or booking reduction after arrival date, the full cost of the booking is charged.
