Comfortable swivel chairs are for you to relax and absorb the view; if you do need space or need to get your laptop out there is a small table for that. Numerous sockets, some with USB, are around the room for when you need to charge your mobile devices.

This bedroom is on the first floor and is accessed by a small staircase; it has stunning views through the floor to ceiling windows over Craighall Den to the Lomond Hills in the distance. The room gets direct sun from late morning and fantastic sunsets in the evening towards Tarvit Hill. There is access to the patio and garden via a side gate by the front door.
Courtyard View
This bedroom is on the ground floor and there is level access from the entrance; It is the largest and fairest of the rooms views through the floor to ceiling windows. The room gets direct sun from early morning. There is access to the patio and garden via a side gate by the front door.
